FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

QUESTIONS? LET’S MAKE THINGS CLEAR.

Whether you are looking for a brand identity, website, e-commerce design, UI/UX or ongoing creative support, here are answers to some of the questions clients commonly ask before starting a project with me.

1. WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

I provide professional creative and digital services including Brand Identity, Logo Design, Graphic Design, Website Design, WordPress & Elementor, UI/UX Design, E-commerce Design, Digital Creative, Corporate Design and Website & Content Support.

The exact scope depends on your project requirements.

Yes.

I work remotely with clients and businesses internationally.

Projects can be managed through email, WhatsApp and online meetings using platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams where required.

Simply contact me and tell me:

  • What you need
  • Your business or brand
  • Your project requirements
  • Your expected deliverables
  • Your preferred timeline

I will review your requirements and discuss the appropriate project approach with you.

Yes.

Before starting a project, I normally confirm the scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms through a quotation, proposal, invoice or written project communication.

This helps both sides understand exactly what is being agreed.

Yes.

An agreed advance payment is normally required before project work begins.

The advance confirms the project and allows me to allocate time and begin the agreed work.

The exact payment structure will be discussed before the project starts.

The project normally starts after:

REQUIREMENTS CONFIRMED → SCOPE AGREED → ADVANCE PAYMENT RECEIVED → PROJECT SCHEDULE CONFIRMED

This gives both the client and me a clear starting point.

Where the agreed schedule permits, I aim to maintain a focused project workflow rather than unnecessarily dividing attention across multiple active projects.

This helps me give proper attention to the agreed project, communication, revisions and delivery.

The timeline depends on the type, size and complexity of the project.

A small design project may require considerably less time than a complete brand identity, website or e-commerce project.

The expected timeline will be discussed and agreed before work begins.

Client response time, content availability and revision requests can also affect the timeline.

The number of revisions depends on the specific project quotation or agreement.

I encourage clients to provide clear and consolidated feedback so the project can move efficiently.

Major changes to an already approved direction or requirements outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.

Yes, we can discuss it.

However, if a completely new direction is substantially different from the agreed brief or approved concept, it may fall outside the original scope.

I will explain any additional work or cost before proceeding.

Yes.

Confidential and NDA-based projects are welcome.

If your project requires confidentiality, please tell me before the project begins so the appropriate arrangements can be discussed.

I aim to keep client information, business details and project materials private and handle them responsibly.

I do not intentionally publish confidential or NDA-protected project material without appropriate permission.

If your project requires a specific confidentiality arrangement, please discuss it with me before starting.

Yes.

If your project is confidential, NDA-protected or you do not permit public presentation, please communicate this before or during project confirmation.

Yes, once the agreed project payment and applicable terms have been completed, the final approved deliverables can be used according to the agreed project purpose and usage rights.

No problem.
