YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION IS YOUR INFORMATION.

As an independent freelancer, I work directly with clients and personally manage a large part of the creative and project communication process.

My working approach is designed to minimise unnecessary access to your business information, project files and confidential materials.

My project privacy approach includes:

One-to-One Project Communication
I communicate directly with clients wherever possible rather than unnecessarily passing project information through multiple people or departments.

Advance Payment & Project Confirmation
Project work normally begins after the agreed advance payment has been received and the project requirements, scope and deliverables have been confirmed.

Private Project Handling
Business information, project requirements, design files, website information and other materials provided for a project are treated as private and confidential, subject to the nature of the service and any third-party systems involved.

Limited Sharing
I do not intentionally sell, publish or share confidential client project information with unrelated third parties.

NDA-Friendly Work
If your project requires additional confidentiality, an NDA or other confidentiality agreement can be discussed and agreed before the project begins.

Portfolio Privacy
I will not intentionally publish confidential or NDA-protected project material without appropriate permission. Where a client does not permit public presentation, the project may remain private.

Secure Handling
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, although no online system or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

My Privacy Commitment

I aim to keep client project information private throughout the design and delivery process.

Approximately 99% of my project work can be handled privately, depending on the project requirements, communication methods, third-party services and confidentiality arrangements involved.
